Open shadows, breeze me dawn.
Rose me clouds and spill the spark
to shimmer leaves, a twist of green.
With whispered dance, come lull with grins,
to bubble-melt and skip-jump toe-curled
cues to journey, mend my scars,
Come break this night with lights unjarred.
Added a second Quadrille, using all the words we have had up till now (25 given words out of 44). Join me at dVerse to bring me dawn.

Love the words in this and how you’ve poetized them into something quite fascinating and original.
Amazing photo and intertwining of words! Loved mend my scars. Nature’s beautiful solace can do that in the moment.<3

‘mend my scars’ really calls to me
How do you do that? You are a word wizard, Bjorn!

This is a glorious invitation to the dance.
Reading this aloud, it is so good in the mouth! Wonderful, Bjorn. I sometimes think that a poem in the mouth trumps a poem on the page. And this did. A lovely rhythm to it.
Loved this” Come break this night with lights unjarred”.
I like the playful use of words here. They created such a fun mood to the piece, and I can definitely use a little fun.
This was just pleasant and warm and bright and… perfect. A delight to read aloud, to look at, to imagine and dream.
Love all these awesome verbs here, sir. I just got the one with all the words done. 😉
I wanted to dance along–delightful!
cool cadence ~
This is beautiful. It begs to be read out loud.
