Desires kindle fire
as ember fingers
braille and brand our skin
We dagger night
with poems
flesh on flesh
and flesh in flesh —
we make firework.
Angie gave us a choice of words to use for a poem at toads. I decided to go way below the allowed 100 words.

“We dagger night

much love…
That was concise and I loved the “double entendre’ of the poem.
Smoking hot! ❤️
Love this 🙂
Nice, very nice!
Wonderful, Bjorn! Guy Fawkes would approve!
Whew. There is some nice heat. Really like the tactile nature of brailled skin. And daggering the night makes a vicious contrast – and me thinks it is of a more sexual nature. Ha.
Wow! Your economy of words reveals the power of imagery.
Hot stuff 🙂
fire and daggers – this fiery desire may be flirting with danger.
Though there be grey in the hair, lusty thoughts remain. The memories smolder in genteel refrain.
