Spark me verses

Breath-
less whispers
spark me verses
shimmer,
breeze o’roses,
leaves o’green,

curl my toes.

You spill me grins
bubble
open shadows
melt my scars

You skip,
you dance my heart.
unjar
uncloud me,
spill me stars in green-
twist sheen.

You — my cue
to journey far.

  1. “spark me verses,
    breath” — YES.

Yours makes much more sense than mine does. 😉 How long before “the ones with all the words” become something straight out of the Jabberwocky, I wonder? 😉

  2. Ooh, creative — using the o’s like that.

    This is my favorite section:
    “open shadows
    melt my scars

    You skip,
    you dance my heart.
    unjar
    uncloud me”

So, because of the “curl my toes” line especially, I find this to be a quite sexy invitation … to be loud. Then the “cue to journey far” at the end makes me think of a fairy tale story, where you’re heading out to rescue the princess from a dragon or something. 🙂

  3. Quite the feat to use all the quadrille words so far….love the use of “unjar” and the last two lines in particular 🙂
