Love the opening stanza. The breeze, the beach, and your loved one ask become the instruments.
the opening stanza is a wonderful koan of itself, if you replaced the comma with a semicolon – continuation of the thought of the symphony and the relationship between you and a beach.

I somehow never imagined jellyfish can be stranded. Very interesting imagery, it reminds me of a painting.
