Behold the dawn to blanket me with daffodils;
listen you, bucolic breeze, make love and thrive
beneath my happy moon; climb every sacred bloom,
eat garden poetry in shade, relax for spring,
and murmur vivid grass; be beautiful my wind;
rustle rain, grow wild
Yes I had to do magnetic poetry for my Quadrille challenge at dVerse. Breeze is included and it’s exactly 44 words.

Ah — you took the challenge! And now that I now about this site — if my company doesn’t wake, I shall go there too! 🙂
Blanket me under a happy moon and I will grow wild as a sacred bloom 🙂 Beautiful share Bjorn ~
‘eat garden poetry’ – I love the freeing of playing with words like this! I think I recently wrote that frogs were composing naked poetry in my garden, with thanks to the magnetics. Funny, but I feel like dancing just now… 🙂
I LOVE “murmur vivid grass” – so great! I knew you couldn’t resist! So glad you played!
Well, done! You really like a good challenge! And you always rise to the occasion. 🙂
This makes me giggle, like you’re giving the wind a good talking-to or a pep talk: “listen you, bucolic breeze” … also this: “be beautiful my wind”
I like. 🙂
Yes the wind need that pep talk sometimes… 🙂
Amazing, Bjorn! I sincerely hope my Spring/Summer hear you, and, for once, obey!
You did it well!
