That pic is outstanding and your words are just ‘wow!
Great response Björn … i really thought those trails were called ‘chemtrails’, but that’s maybe what conspiracy-thinkers say … You’ve written a nice haiku for this first ‘time-glass’ episode …
I heard on the radio about the chemtrail conspiracy.. but it’s actually called contrails… (bad enough anyway)
I will change it than … i want nothing to do with those conspiracy-theories
🙂
the trees over here start losing their leaves already… in no time it will be winter..ugh… but so far we’re having lovely altweibersommer weather as we call it..smiles
❤
This is nice but maybe use a different verb as you have leave/leaving twice?
so many words for that single moment…beautiful
The early migration commences, rightly so! Nicely Bjorn!

ha. when i lived in florida
we used to look forward to that — well
actually when they were leaving us
once it warmed up…smiles.
Very nice. You capture the quiet irony so often lacking in English-language haiku.
Great take, Bjorn.

I love the ‘visual’ of snowbirds leaving contrails…
I think maybe snowbirds in your country is the same as in the U.S. … that is people who fly to the south to warmer climes in the winter? If so one unerstand the contrails … Love the take on your haiku. Splendid.
Yes.. There was supposed to be a humor. 😉
And humor there was … I wasn’t sure that snowbirds were the same thing as I’d learnt from my sister.
