1. some people wait a long time for that tide to come in. Waiting for forgiveness or even giving it.

   I loved the thoughts that this conjured.

   • or the waves can come in and just withdraw … never really having any effect..

     • oh, that made me sad. I don’t like when your stuff makes me frown.
       But you’re right of course.

2. or they can crash in / imposing
   all the shades of forgiveness in your haiku

7. Can garner many meanings here…agreed. I know people who have felt huge release after forgiveness. I can never forgive what was done to me. Difficult prompt for me emotionally.
