Today the challenge is to write an inspired haiku on the following by Garry Gay.
sweat lodge –
my only vision
is of the cool water
To me the sweat lodge would translate to a sauna. And I couldn’t deny you this painting by Anders Zorn.

Women bathing in the Sauna by Anders Zorn
glistening bodies –
relaxing in the aftermath

Amazing artwork and poetry. Thank you.
The bodies glisten beautifully… Well-penned.
after my sauna, I can’t wait to run outdoors and cool down….and lower my blood pressure!
Sounds pretty good! k.
sweaty indeed – the perfect complement Bjorn
I was excited to see that you were interviewed
A beautiful respons on Garry Gay’s haiku Bjorn. I love to use this in our upcoming Tan Renga month … hope that’s ok 🙂
Of course.. I almost didn’t submit this week
Very nice. I wish I had been able to afford a sweat lodge ceremony in Sedona. I heard they are quite powerful spiritually.
This is good!
