To thundering applause the curtain rose. Finally in solitude on the scene, he smiled and showed his recently whitened dentures. He felt perfectly in tune with the audience and knew that he finally had taken his first steps toward worldwide fame. Maybe he would become a youtube meme. Humming silently for himself he saw someone approach and wondered who would dare to steal his time in the spotlight. And when that clown sat down and started to hit his sensitive teeth he just took a big bite. And to no one’s surprise he went straight to the top on youtube.

Now that’s a surprise ending! Fun, Bjorn.
I didn’t get it the first time, but the second read had me in stitches! Great take on the prompt. Very original.
Strangely enough it was to me the most obvious one… I’m probably weird.
Better than than to the Moon!
Dentures do come in handy
I’d watch that video. It might even threaten Gangnam Style in popularity. 🙂
Revenge of the piano! Good angle.
That snuck up on me Bjorn! A funny twist!
Hilarious!
Ah, the piano gets his wish! Smiling brightly for the camera, too.
A true American success story Bjorn! HA!
He may need some Gaviscon for indigestion after that.
How to make a video go viral! A bit extreme maybe.
ha,ha,ha, Björn, I’m guessing there are more pianos out there then we can imagine who’d like to take a great big bite out of the person sitting on the piano bench of life!
Don’t shoot the piano player – blame the composer
There is that, of course!
Oh, my, how many big teeth you have, my dear! 🙂 Definitely unique, Bjorn.

Dear Björn,
Well slap me up the side of the head with a metronome! It took me a couple of reads and comments to get it. Clever take on the prompt.
Shalom,
Rochelle
Very clever!
Great Blog 🙂
I Like it 🙂
Very original!
Got to watch those piano teeth!
I laughed aloud. 😀
Cheers, Björn.
interesting and unique:)
So, pianos have egos too. Nice one.
Didn’t see the clown or his sensitive teeth coming! Good job.
Ooooh! I loved this! Really original take on the photo 🙂
I had to read this through maybe about three times before I got it. It’s late, that’s my excuse.
Very clever and original.
Don’t mess with those dudes and their pearly whites 😉 Very clever!
couldn’t get it at first… but then when it hit me.. hilarious ! 🙂
Flippin’ genius, sir. Flippin’ genius!
That is AWESOME, my goodness I love it. Very cleverly done. That put such a huge smile on my face.
Brilliant – looks like we both know why Harrods shut the Piano Department down then! Great musical references in your finely tuned narration.
The clown got what it deserved. Yay.
You got me! I thought it was the man all the way through until the end, and had to read back through again! So funny! Poor piano, getting hit in the teeth all day!
lol original and fun! brilliant Björn! ^^
Wonderful.
didn’t get it all till I read the comments, but once the penny dropped, very funny! First story I’ve read from the piano’s point of view.
Very well done. I didn’t see that coming.
It’s going viral, I just know it!
Laughed! Pianos that don’t like no goons hammering on their ivories is grand in my book.
fun times! thanks for the smiles ☺…your story is very creative.
Cleverly done – I love the ‘recently whitened dentures’ – the clues were all there but you got me just the same!
Hilarious, Bjorn. Chomp down with those pearly whites.
A ‘grand piano’ ‘All keyed up’ getting it’s fifteen minutes of ‘fame’
Nicely done.
Cheers.
