Winter kigo on Carpe Diem prompt is Winter Camellia (kantsubaki), or snow Camellia. I found this wonderful wood block carving by Utagawa Hiroshige on Wikimedia Commons.

Gorgeous haiku. Love them all.
Thank you 🙂
Such a strong little flower, though tiny, weak and frail.. Oh, this was just lovely, I love it!! So simple, and yet, so much truth in these cascading lines.. Reminds me so much of my life at the moment, as I have a lot on my plate, but I have no time to be weak and frail, I have to find that strength from within to keep going the distance.. It is by His grace!
I am so happy it means this to you. Fragile is not necessary weak I think.
You enrich the art of haiku
Oh, thank you 🙂
Beautiful as always.
Thank you 🙂
Beautiful.
Most strength is fragile at best…
Winter Camellia
Wonderful — I agree with everyone — fragile strength provides an awesome imagery! Perfect artwork to accompany it.
