The last android on earth

image 101

With constellations fading
smothered smoothly as my whiteness whispers
brittle binaries and forgotten scripts
once programmed in my genomes.

But since the mainframe tells me that I’m dead.
my veins are emptied and my heartbeat slows.
I’m fading into emptiness — soon recycled.
Who stole my fucking password?

  1. Excellent title and amazing reading of the image. I had to laugh at your punch line!

  2. The best kind of humorous verse: that bolt of a reality check that comes from peaking behind the curtain of that which we have become habituated to, and gleaning that there is something lurking in the obscure recesses – that we should not be entirely comfortable with.
