pretty castle rooms
mirror look reflected
dancer in the air
five-and twenty of us
lady losing balance
Just a second one.. could not avoid it 🙂
Running in the slow lane
The view from here ... Or here!

Oh, that happened to me once–though not in a castle.
With an audience?
Oh no, how embarrassing to have the mirror reflect this! What a sad state of royal affairs.
Perhaps better than the destiny of the dancer in Andersen’s tale… 🙂 At least to me it’s well known.
ha – i can easily lose balance when i’m dancing… just saying… smiles
Especially if there are those mirrors.. yes I know that too..
What fun this is.
It is fun.. lot’s of fun.
Who blacks out the words?
That is the challenge.. take a bookpage and black out anything that is not your poem.. Check out http://dversepoets.com

You really are wound-up today; good one; guess U R the poetic energizer bunny; just going & going & going……..
Smiling, so much fun.
Amazing how far you have be en able to pare it back while staying true to the original.
losing balance is never good. I am tempted to try another one as I am enjoying all this creative poetry.
I have two left feet and I sympathize!
Those few lines tell a big story. Cool.
Bjorn, Very creative practice. It paints a definite word picture. Well done. 🙂
Ha…losing balance is part of dancing…at least that’s what I tell myself 😉
I love that picture. This just reels me in!
I have never seen this before. Interesting! I think I will try it with my class as a bonus-fun lesson. Very unique! And…. I enjoyed the creative poem you found.
