Indeed my thoughts on this is that those tormentors exist and that not all men are like this — by far too many.
she laughs insanely at those urgent needs
and smile at dying pigeons from the north
her mate composed reports of serpent’s death
with fingertips that fluttered from remorse
she’s stuck in yet a meeting all alone
and sing of blood on withered rose’s thorns
but still it lingers – his testosterone
of fist’s impression purple bruises worn
she treat herself to luscious memories
and reads his letters – surveys deep for clues
when suddenly a squeak – her enemy
is back – and tenderly she change her face
and kiss the tormentor she thought had left
she’s once again from solitude bereft

Unfortunately their are relationships like this. Seems it will take more than bruises for this woman to realize it will not change.
and a lot of support from others…
(gave me shivers)
Yes.. me too.. which it should do…
Unfortunately some woman are brought up with abuse and think it’s just their lot in life. They need counseling. It’s very sad. They are also probably scared to death of the abusers and often have a right to be. —Susan
Which is why we need to give them all support — they are not alone.
