Ah, you know what to do with snow when it does arrive.
Most often the brunt of the weather stays north of our area. But this year some of the southern states have gotten as little as two inches and have been paralyzed.

Exactly! I mean I agree with all comments – a deep theme, treated through taking a tiny part of nature’s process – haiku do not get better than that.
Wonderfully composed haiku with so less words you told a whole story very much in touch with the ’emptiness’ of Buddha. This haiku reads like a koan.
