She played me — for the Mag

She played me sweet and smilingly then left
I was her partner in the arabesque
but afterwards I’m the victim of her theft
she was the beauty – I was grotesque

She played me very soft and tenderly
cause I’m so easy to manipulate
she walked all over me so cleverly
so now her winnings she can calculate

She played me very hard and ruthlessly
as I was lost in smiles like ivory
behind her cherry lips so hopelessly
like poison wine was her salivary

She played me and she left me here alone
I know she had the coldest heart of stone

  1. have seen such nymphs or will i call them sirens in real life, who target plain looking people so they can exploit them to the full. its sad, is not it how wicked always succeed in abusing love!
