1. Congrats on 800! You obviously hold the strength and tenacity of this pillar! Love the storks looking over their domain – your haiku translates the fragility of all.

   • Ah.. just wish I could have the tenacity to read as well… so behind on the reading…

     • I empathize – I too am behind. Just wait until you retire. You expect to have sooooo much time, it just goes faster – I think.

2. Great angle there – bringing in an important haiku word,with the stork, which makes everything work so well – the visual really shows it – and the haiku resonates like Basho’s ‘warrior’s dreams’ . A superb haiku about the past and now.

   • I was quite happy finding the picture… it was like a gift really.

8. Wow…that was a fast 100. I still recall when you posted your 700th. I was ahead of you then. Now you are ahead of me. I’ve slowed down recently. Hadn’t really noticed how many till you posted that.
