I enter this one separately at Carpe Diem instead of as a comment. Based on a comment from Victoria, where she said that dragonflies are a symbol of illusions among native Americas, and so the dewdrops can be.

pretty cool playing off their symbolism….dragonflies are cool…..saw so many different colors and wing colors this summer…
