Carpe Diem Special – Kyoshi Takahama’s ‘the night of Spring’

Today Carpe Diem is a special by Kyoshi Takahama.

the night of Spring –

I might need to explain this a little, as spring goes over to summer, the daylight get longer and longer. It’s now 10 PM and still not entirely dark. In a few weeks dusk will smoothly transition into dawn.

  1. A masterpiece bjorn. Nothing wrong with writing haiku inspired on a haiku by a classic master. It’s just a challenge to try writing a haiku which even is better than the original. Nicely done.

  2. it’s beautiful Björn. i love the idea of a seemingly perpetual dusk transitioning into light ^^
