Trifextra asks for 33 word using onomatopoeic, expressions. I wrote a little rhyme, using at least three words to be on the safe side (my favourite is susurrus). Spring is at its best here right now.
the sussurros in verdant spring
my orchard full of buzzing bees
in harmonies I pling my strings
and singing song to southern breeze
the joyful symphony I bring
can never ever you displease

my brain-tongue is fizzing with ecstatic staccato vibrations after reading this!
Hope that’s a good thing 🙂

Delicious Bjorn!
Thank you Gilly… really great with spring.
Really liked this: and singing song to southern breeze…
Yes, another wonderful offering…sussurros ♥
sussurros, whispers – really lovely. I love the outdoors and the stages of all the seasons. I especially love spring. You took me there.
Pling is exactly the sound of those strings.
I like the word combos here bjorn good work
Another brilliant piece! My favorite word is sussurros…of course.
wow! that is amazingly good x the trifextra sounds very complicated to me!
This is a delight.
I loved “hearing” the pling. And I now have a new favorite word, sussurros!
This is a great piece! I love the perfectness of “pling my strings” too!
I used to pling the strings of a violin-and brought nothing but displeasure to those around me;)
This poem had beautiful rhythm to it. I love “pling my strings” as well!
This is the kind of writing that the Trifecta Challenge is for. You wove such a wonderful poem from the prompt. And to think it would have never been in existence but for the challenge. It’s inspired!
Beatiful – love those sussurros (now I know what they are).
This was soul-stirring-loved it Bjorn:-)
Beautiful! And wonderful use of onomatopoeia — felt like I was there.
“sussurros” is a wonderful word. Definitely sounds like what it means.
This brought to mind a sixteenth century Prince Charming playing the mandoline while perched on a wall under a balcony…very romantic!
You’ve conjured the perfect sounds of spring. (Even better if it’s whispered!)
Softly singing 😉
