Carpe Diem prompt today is a wonderful Haiku by Chiyo-Ni.

the well bucket-entangled,
I ask for water
And a woodblock of Morning Glory and kingfisher by Hiroshige Utagawara serves well to illustrate. I want to catch the essence of letting the beauty of nature be.

enjoyed all three, but especially the middle one. 🙂
I resonate with the last the most. The “tripping” aspect of bindweed.
Oh I can just see that vine taking over the bike, propped against the fence!! Brilliant!
always good haiku here… if i must pick favorites, it’s the first one for me..probably the influence of your lovely photo ^^
Lovely composed haiku and great photo choice ~ ^_^
Nice set of haiku Bjorn, really you have captured the essence of the haiku by Chiyo-Ni
How kind of you to take a detour, leaving the morning glory and the kingfisher in peace!
Morning Glory Tea
I can easily picture that bicycle, entangled with morning glory vines!
Complaining Morning Glory
These definitely conjure images and feelings as I read them. Enjoyed them all. Will the bicycle ever be rescued?
Beauty of nature through your words. Nicely crafted set of haiku.
