Carpe Diem Prompt today is windmill. And of course Don Quixote is the hero of the day. Tilting at windmills means attacking imaginary enemies. The print below is made by Gustave Doré, and I love it.

All nice. I love the last one the best. As a member of a family of four-eyes, I understand visual misconceptions.
I think it’s better impression for the poor knight than the alternatives.
I like the whimsical nature of the last one.
Well! Those windmills do look a bit terrifying! Nice take on the prompt, Bjorn!
Awesome Bjorn … a nice series on Don Quixote and his battle against the windmills. Very well done. (By the way: your link didn’t work. I have restored it).
Poor thing! Don Quixote would have many choices considering the
large distribution of windmills. Nicely Bjorn!

Masterful set of haiku as always. I like the Quixotism of the second one the most.
It’s a great word I think.. probably could be used as a synonym for vanity to some extent.

There he is, so pleased you took this road…you were always going to do the man of La Mancha proud 🙂
