Carpe Diem Haiku – morning glory

Carpe Diem prompt today is Morning Glory, a delicate flower in many variations. Kristjaan have also supplied this brilliant flower. From reading the Internet it seems like Morning Glory is also slightly hallucinogenic. I have no idea if that’s the reason that Oasis named their brilliant album What’s the story (morning glory)

patches from the sky
flower power of delight
trip to my garden
~~
vine of blue
glory in my garden
summer bliss
~~~
And I had to write one on Oasis, razor’s edge is part of the text in “Morning Glory”, and supposedly refers to the use of cocaine.
morning glory
brothers come apart
razor’s edge
  1. funny how morning glories are viewed as weeds by some, while surprising delights by others (I prefer to be among the latter group than the former) 🙂 wonderful depictions
