Carpe Diem prompt today is Morning Glory, a delicate flower in many variations. Kristjaan have also supplied this brilliant flower. From reading the Internet it seems like Morning Glory is also slightly hallucinogenic. I have no idea if that’s the reason that Oasis named their brilliant album What’s the story (morning glory)

vine of blue
glory in my garden
summer bliss

And I had to write one on Oasis, razor’s edge is part of the text in “Morning Glory”, and supposedly refers to the use of cocaine.

Painted beautifully! Even if there was no photo, have very vivid images from your first two haiku. My favourite still would be…the last one. 🙂
Thank you. Yes Oasis was a band to remember.
Lovely … your haiku paints the picture !!!
lovely ones and so beautifully they match with the picture
Thank you. I loved that picture.
So pleased you brought in Oasis. It’s been in my head since seeing this prompt 🙂
Yes, the first thing on my mind too.

Thank you.
“vine of blue
glory in my garden
summer bliss” I love this one, so very much 🙂
I love blue morning glories so much more than white. Your haiku is delightful.
funny how morning glories are viewed as weeds by some, while surprising delights by others (I prefer to be among the latter group than the former) 🙂 wonderful depictions
And if a teenager shows interest in morning glories it have more sinister reasons 🙂
Beautiful set of haiku 🙂
I love your haiku especially that trip to your garden. 🙂
