So this entry I had to write.I had suggested the word, and I love the word. Actually I wrote a iambic quartina a couple of months ago. Looking through my pictures I found a few pictures from a glacier lake in Norway. Color is that of jade. For other great entries go to Carpe Diem

Thank you Bjorn for this wonderful prompt ‘jade’ and I am so glad that you’re the first haijin who’s posting on this prompt.
You shared a wonderfully composed cascading haiku-set on ‘jade’ and that picture of a Norwegian glacier is really gorgeous. Thank you for sharing your creativity here on Carpe Diem.
Thank you 🙂
lovely!
🙂
Your cascade haiku is a jade gem indeed!
Thank you 🙂
excellent — you have seen some lovely places, and do not lack the skill to share them.
I am lucky that way..:-)
beautiful picture .. and indeed, jade is a really nice word .. gives a feeling of beauty 🙂
Thank you 🙂
really enjoyed this. Glacier cold. You really brought me there.. the feeling and the image. Amazing what you can do with your words.
Thank you 🙂
I felt the chill, and saw the beautiful color of the lake…well-written – evoking thoughts and feelings
Glacier lakes are really amazingly green.
Your set and photo captured the clear and cold air of the North. I enjoyed ‘kissed by a chilly sun’
could hear the waterfalls ~ wonderful poetry for ‘jade’ ~ CArol (A Creative Harbor) ^_^
Waterfalls all around this lake.
Gorgeous photo and delightful set for your prompt, Jade. Thank you for sharing and suggesting the word.
My pleasure, I ennjoyed it.
beautiful collection there Bjorn… I so want to visit countries like Norway, Sweden for the snow.. and Black Metal \m/
Black metal is probably not best suited for this place. But I’ve heard there are some bands from here.
Jade is such a creative idea for a prompt. Lovely cascading haiku on Nordic summer and beautiful photo 🙂
Thank you. Had used jade before as a prompt and knew it works well.
