2. The burning of supposed “witches” in Massachusetts was a sad time in U.S. history.

   Witches

   • Happened here in Sweden too. Both men and women were executed. Mainly on witness from the public. In that sense the role of executioner has been taken over by the press IMHO..

3. It was a tragic time for women. I like how you wrote the verses, each folding into the next.
