Don’t know enough to say whether it is a good tanka, but it is an excellent poem. 🙂
Thank you Karin, Honesty I am not sure it’s good tanka either (there are so many rules, just like in haiku). I tried to keep it 57577, and a little twist to the end… But other than that I have probably broken a hundred rules.
I must google tanka, I’ve never heard of it but it seems like something I might be able to learn.
