A coverage of ice
Have polished the shoreline
Rocks resembling bread
Just out of the oven
A bakers dream of perfection
Smooth as silk to touch
No root has yet been able
Pentrate and break
Crushing and convert to soíl
Eons still remain
’till this is wood and meadow
This is how the nature works

A little random thoughts before going to bed

nice, how much time does it have, all the time there is.
Latest ice-covereage was a mere 10000 years ago.
agreed, long in respect to human life. And if it takes 10 ice ages, that times is there too.
I remember when I first learned how rock is scratched and polished by the movement of glacial ice. Ages pass by leaving fields like this.
Sweden was covered with Ice fairly recently, so almost no rock is unaffected.
