when i used to live in florida we had them all over…in the lake out back…they would sun on the banks…and try to eat the cats…
Only drove through the Everglades in March. Saw egrets and other water birds along the side and in the sky… no gaters!
I read somewhere that if you eat banana’s Mosquitoes are attracted to you! I know they like me those little insects – I have to be prepared when venturing into their turf!
