arranging the plum-flowers,
I would enjoy them in the light of the lamp
as if in the moonlight
This is classic haiku by Taigo (1709-1771), and the task is to revise it. Quite some task. So I tried the following.

Plum blossoms at night by Torii Kotondo
the plum-flower
lends from the lantern-light
a moonlit hue

So lovely.
Awesome Bjorn you have revised the haiku by Taigi in a great way. I like this revised haiku better then the original. Chapeau.
