Carpe Diem haiku today has the word otiosity
1. Lazy; indolent.
2. Of no use.
3. Ineffective; futile.
Words of many meanings, but somehow I saw a hammock in front of me.
I’m sorry I have not been around commenting as I usually does, but I have been very busy.

Otiosity
Otriosity for sure 🙂
Love the last stanza! :D! Nice take on this prompt!
I must disagree – vacation has great purpose and outcome..
🙂
I’m leaning toward the hammock myself these days! 🙂
Otiosity
I like that first one … can see that in front of me, nice take on otiosity. Thank you Bjorn for sharing.
I too need a hammock, futile or not!!Carpe Diem Otiosity
My dream is a hammock. I have one but no place to put it up. Will need a stand one day when we actually have a patio or deck. Am rambling because I love your first haiku! Otiosity…mais non…divine!
The first one definitely puts me in the vacation mood 🙂
Nicely done, Bjorn. The prompt is not an easy one
Very nice. Not an easy prompt.
