Carpe Diem prompt is now moving into kigo, and the first one is short night or Mijikayo. We are not quit at midsummer, but being the shortest night Swedes will be outdoors dancing around the maypole being up most of the night.

Raining here!
Not here… we have a beautiful summer evening… just came in from the balcony.
Thus your happy and pleasant haiku!
Sweet haiku. Coming in from your balcony sounds lovely. Hope one day soon to have a spot to sit in our deeply inclined courtyard.
from our balcony (or terrace) we are close to trees and birds… really quite nice.

Who could resist such a dance?
Shortest Night
Awww… I would do anything for that dance. Step 1- find a partner 😀
That’s step 2, you find your partner at the dance
Love Midsommar. Love Zorn. 🙂
I loved the feeling of love in this piece 🙂
