Today Carpe Diem tarot card is the Death, a card that’s dealt way to often. The grim reaper is of course intimately tied to life, but we humans are often helping death along.

The older I get, the less I fear death!
a great set, love that you finished it off with that final haiku. perhaps if we live a truly fulfilled life, then we’d learn to see death as a friend instead of a foe
Awesome series on ‘The Death’ Bjorn. I like the way you’ve ended with a positive haiku on death. Death is part of our life.
“Mr Bones”. One of my favorite images. My friend, Death, helps keep my honest.
In my experience, the more certain one there’s an afterlife, the more one fears death 🙂
Death
I like how you chain your haiku together. Is that a specific form, or did you come up with it?
All three are wonderful. I personally like the last one. I wish for death in sleep. Any time is fine as long as peaceful. No reincarnation allowed. lol
Death, a necessary end
