Trifextra challenge is a picture challenge. To avoid any infringement issues I put my own picture here instead. The meter in the poem below is iambic hexameter, and I had to play with it a little to get to 33 words.

like Plato’s famous cave we dancing shadows see
in mirrors moving can I fathom what is real?
below they touch coherently, I reach for thee
separated here it doesn’t matter what we feel

this is lovely, Bjorn.
you would have been able to use the photo provided by using the links given (if you click on the center link it takes you to the picture and you can get the code to use it.) As long as you don’t publish the picture without those links you are golden.
I do like your picture, though. 🙂
I know, but I prefer my own pictures anyway
cool take on plato’s cave.. the separation from reality…speculating on what is real and what just illusion.. big theme..
Thank you, I’ll se what I do for dVerse tonight. Maybe a limerick 😉
This is mystic.
🙂
🙂 just a simple question on what’s real
🙂
This has a neat feel to it. I love it!
Thank you
I had an immediate complaint against ‘it doesn’t matter what we feel’ . Then again, if feelings are afforded its correct place within the intelligence, I suppose it fits. Feelings can be a dime a dozen.
My thought was that separation remains no matter what we feel 🙂
Okay! I’ll read it again with that knowledge.
oh very good. Ima votin for you this week. Good piece.

This is the best entry of the week for me.
Thank you 🙂
Terrible that separation!
Ha..
Reality is always elusive-but then who knows illusion may be a reality too-maybe a parallel world exists somewhere?:-)Liked this different take.
