Carpe Diem Haiku today has the prompt tango. I think passion and to some extent melancholy. And of course I need a picture. This time taken by myself, and there is a subdued dreamy gleam in his eyes that I fantasize around.

Dreamy words, Bjorn
I see dreams in his eyes.
You did it perfectly … lovely !!!
Thank you 🙂
I like all three. They work well both together or apart. Unlike the tango.;-)
True, but if you listen to tango there is a dark melancholy that goes well with subdued passion inside.
Yes…there’s the melancholy….but not too dark all the same. Nice touch.
Another side of tango.
Melancholy dance
Fiery rhythms invite
A deeper embrace
Cheers!

Thank you 🙂 There’s hope in yearning
I wish I may, I wish I might….Dreams are not forbidden.
Beautiful, Björn.
Thank you. Music are images of dreams.
this happens to me when I ride the subway…smiles
Ha, I can imagine 🙂
The haiku is great but best of allI love the expression you have captured on his face!
Yes, it’s an interesting expression. But it was pure accident.. He could be bored by her chattering too 🙂
Dreamy eyes … deep thoughts of passion. Strong haiku set … in different way it feels really like a tango.
Thank you, yes there is a sadness in tango that I wanted to capture
another very unique set ^^
takes two to tango- definitely..
couldn’t help but smile at the look of that guy’s face.. i wonder what’s on his mind really lol he looks awfully deep in thought
I guess you find that look many times, but it’s an unusual one if you are in conversation with someone.
Wow – you captured all of that from a glance on a subway train. You’ve done the haiku, now do the short story!!!
yes that would be fun to see what could be done as a challenge… 🙂
Forbidden thoughts, dreamy eyes, this combo is doing a tango in my mind, very crafty!
Thank you 🙂
I stared and waited for the couple to burst into a passionate subway tango….did you see them too?
Probably just in their heads .
Wonderfully rendered… I like the idea that our passions don’t aways have to be ripe and ready.
Eliz
Thank you, yes there are many passions underneath.
Please, let me indulge in those forbidden thoughts! 🙂
Tango
You hear the thoughts in tha rhythm of the tango. 🙂
