Santa's new workforce

Santa’s new workforce

Santa had problems, the cost of North Pole gnome workforce was going up and funding from good deeds decreased.

He needed to outsource to the south pole.

A flock of penguins showed up and provided some exquisite samples, he signed an agreement, and on Christmas Eve he made his few deliveries.

Complaints came already on Boxing day. Gifts were not up to normal standards.

“But they worked when I put them away in boxes?” he cried to the two gnomes, (his remaining workforce)

They desperately tried to hide the sledgehammer, but Santa understood.

Next year, no good children remained, so Santa started to work as a tourist guide.

  1. lol. I believe you’ve hit the nail on the head: that is how outsourcing works. I wonder whether we work for the same company…?
