exactly seafood season is on..
This is making my mouth water!! I don’t eat seafood often but I do love it. I enjoy taking quickly broiled chunks of mixed seafood and tossing it with some linguine and some kind of variant of Alfredo sauce. Based on cream cheese and/or sour cream, some kind of hard cheese like Romano, plenty of white pepper, sautéed garlic, and just enough heavy cream and vermouth to give it some vapour and the right consistency. Sprinkle it with a bit more coarsely shredded Romano and, as they say: “to die for!!!”
